Control panels can be tailored to your specific application requirements. Each panel is designed to prevent accidental contact with the enclosed equipment. All panels are UL508A certified.
800 Series Control Panel (DCS)
- Fused Class J disconnect with cover interlock and LOTO provision, rated at 100 SCCR
- 10″ color HMI (consult factory for screen sizes other than 6″ or 10″)
- Soft starters per motor
- Top-mount high frequency strobe/buzzer alarm
- Custom programming (consult factory for non-standard systems)

800 Series Control Panel
The 800 Series panel is intended for indoor and outdoor use. These non-ventilated panels are UL508A certified and are available in Types 4 and 4X.
All motor controls, system settings, and adjustments are easily managed and monitored from the color touch screen HMI, making the system more efficient, economical, and customizable. Real-time displays of level, temperature, vacuum, and pressure readings are included, as well as active hour meters and statuses for all motors. A standard alarm log gives the user feedback on system errors and warnings while running self-diagnostics on all attached sensors and pumps, providing a visual alarm display and tone through the HMI. Pump status, system sensor readings, and alarms can also be monitored via BACnet IP or Web Server.
Every control panel comes standard with a 6″ color HMI, PLC w/EXP, modules, Ethernet switch, 24VDC power supply, single-point non-fused disconnect, motor circuit protectors with adjustable overload settings, and a complete sensor package based on selected systems.
